MacArthur Park Metro Apartments is a 172 unit mixed-use affordable housing and retail development. The project is situated directly above the Metro station and includes an additional 32,000 square feet of ground floor retail & office space. Meridian Precast' role was the Supply and Installation of all the Precast Concrete and Cast Stone items such as: Window Sills, Stair Treads, Wall Caps, Pavers, Wainscot/Base Moldings and the large 8'-0" x 8'-0" FRP Planter Pots.
